How we work
Everyone here owns accounts rather than tasks. That means you talk to clients, you decide what goes in the plan, and you defend it in the monthly review. If you would rather be handed a ticket queue, this will not suit you.
We write things down. Every recommendation has a reason attached, because six months later somebody has to understand why we did it.

You can explain a technical decision to someone non-technical without either dumbing it down or showing off
You are comfortable saying “I do not know, I will find out” in front of a client
You have opinions about your craft and can change them when shown evidence
You write clearly
