Paid media, reported as cost per customer
Cost per lead is a vanity number if half your leads never close. We track calls and match spend to revenue in the CRM, so you see what a customer actually costs.
The short answer
Paid works when the maths works. We build it for clinics, home services, real estate, e-commerce and B2B, tracked down to closed revenue — and we say plainly when your budget is better spent on organic instead.
What is included
Google Search, Performance Max and Local Service Ads
Meta lead generation and retargeting
Landing pages built for the campaign, not repurposed
Full conversion tracking and call attribution
Honest channel advice, including "don't"
Call tracking with dynamic number insertion plus CRM-side revenue matching, so cost per lead becomes cost per customer.
Channels we run
Google Search and Performance Max, Local Service Ads for trades and professional services, Meta lead generation and retargeting, and YouTube where the offer suits it.
The landing page is part of the campaign
Sending paid traffic to a service page written for organic search is the most common reason a campaign underperforms. We build the page for the ad.
Measurement
Call tracking with dynamic number insertion, because for most local businesses the majority of paid leads arrive by phone and would otherwise be invisible. Then CRM-side matching, so the report says cost per customer rather than cost per click.
When we will tell you not to
Some categories are restricted or prohibited by the platforms themselves — cannabis is the clearest example, where Meta prohibits promotion of THC products outright and Google restricts most of the category. If you are in one of those, we will say so on the first call rather than take a budget that ends in a banned account. And if your margin or average order value does not support paid acquisition, we will tell you that too and point the budget at organic.
